Well, was no good in the high roller, didn't play well in it at all and ran QQ into AA. Won nearly $10k for the week, but $6k of that came from sports betting.
For the past month the fizz has gone out of my game, but it's nothing a small break won't fix. So poker is finished till January and I'm really looking forward to a break from the tables.
Going to relax and spend time with friends, family etc. Also plan on doing a lot of work on my off the table game. Something I worked on this year and it improved my game vastly, but I have more to do. I'll put post a blog about it before I go back playing, along with a review of '09 and goals for 2010. For now though, it's time to just kick back and reward myself for having my best poker year so far.
Oh, and I hope Big Mick G wins Galway; I said after spending some time with him in America that this guy was going to click something massive soon, as he has an incredibly strong NLH tournament game, as well as being a true professional.
