As the title suggests, I have to go play poker in the Bahamas in January. Won a package last night worth $16k, so instead of freezing my nuts off here in January, I shall be kicking it on some beach (well inside some casino that is near a beach).
A few off the bubble got it in with 
v 
. I actually wasn't too worried, as I have seen outdraw more than any kind of outdraw. There was only a couple of 10's on the flop and one on the river for quads.
I also picked up a nice few quid sports betting over the weekend.
My plan was not to head out and grind over the weekend, went out both nights and only played the satellite. Got two tips from the great Marty Smyth, lashed on them both very hard to get my degenerate levels up to an acceptable level - thankfully they both won.
I still lost for the week but it was only a couple of k, nice to take the zero away from behind that $20k. The grinding and the fitness buzz have to start this week.
