Normal stuff!!

It was a pretty wild game and one local fish was making it $500 to go every time. I have AAQ3 (1 suit), so make the call. 7 way to a flop which is a high, the board is draw heavy, so I just potted it.

Two callers turn bricks off, so I get it all-in. Again the two lads come along, so I'm sitting there looking at a $35k pot for about 3 minutes, as the dealer counts everyone's dollar bills (cash plays in America) which are all pouring into this massive pot. I know that any of the 17 cards I need to win, are never, ever coming.

To make it worse, I knew this bitch of a dealer would never do me a favour. Just before this pot she dealt the river card before a final player had acted in the pot, so we got a new river card. Obviously the correct river card would of shipped me the $5k pot, where as the new one didn't.

Anyway, no sooner has the river card, which has changed the nuts, come down then some local clown is screaming NUTS NUTS!!!!!!!!! I re-buy for $8k and then received a few more doggings to end a truly dismal January.

I'm off to New Orleans for a few days, before I fly to Vegas on Sunday. New Orleans is supposed to be a good place to party, so with it being Mardi Gras and New Orleans in the Super Bowl, it should be a good place to blow off some steam.

On a happier note, well done to Chub for scooping the Highroller on Boylepoker and shipping a 2nd Highroller title to the Redwood!
