Ship the NAPT package

It was especially sweet, as I won it for fuck all. I had seen these $30, 3x turbo re-buys and thought, sure I'll give 'em a bash. They're actually good craic, with very little skill involved - other than, as Doke said, 'hammering the re-buy button'. Thankfully I ran hot and got my second 1st place (there was only one ticket) in the space of a week, after a two year wait.

I wrote 'NAPT' on my MSN tag line, boasting about the ticket and if there's ever a fucker to show you up, then it's BigMickG. He logged in with tag line "Ship the 5th NAPT package". Fair play Mick... ya wanker!

So it's back to Vegas again. I looked at the schedule and the side-events are all useless, which I'm delighted about. I'll basically give the Main Event 100%, then when that goes tits up, I'll have a few loose nights out and chill out for the rest of the week.

Won small in cash for the week as well, which finished off a vg January. So obv I had to treat myself for the weekend. Myself and my mate Brook were planning on going to Whistler for the weekend to get some good snowboarding in, but that would have meant missing out on a boozy weekend in Vancouver.

So, we came up with a compromise, well more of a greedy 'how can we do it all' plan than a compromise. We ended up staying in Vancouver for the doubler on the piss, then headed up to Whistler for boarding on Monday and Tuesday. T'was a cracking weekend in the end.

The extra good thing, is that this week is so short. I'll put in three good days and then it's party time again. There's a serious feast of sport ahead too! Quick 'wd' to Kev, who got the nod to start for Ireland on Saturday which is an unreal achievement.
