Played the $1k and donked off all my chips nice and quickly. I did manage to last longer than Chubs for four hands, although his exit was some what more respectable than mine.
I've been in pretty shit humour over the last few days, so have avoided playing since Saturday (as the lads think I'm on my period or something). Took the sickest beat ever in sports betting on Saturday, which kind of set me off and then took another later in the day for sizeable bets.
Basically, I've been on as Noel Hayes would put it 'a life tilt' since that, so have avoided playing any events. Think I have calmed down, so will more than likely play the $1500 event tomorrow. My girlfriend and her friends are off to San Diego tomorrow as well, so the craic is kind of over for the next month or so.
Sad to see the captain of the Boylepoker ship Mr. Paul Spillane depart his post. Paul has been very good to Boyles, Irish poker and most importantly to me. He gave me a start which I am greatly appreciative of. He also gave me great advice on how I should further my career and pointers and how a pro should behave (not always taken on board). I wish Paul success in his life... after he loses his golf prop bet with me this summer! GG Paul.
Wd to PaddyWarrior from Limerick who took down an ECOOP title for Ireland last night on Boylepoker, if only we could win WSOPs like we won ECOOPs!
