When should one put on the brakes???

Well, still doing my bollix. Down $11.5k already this week in poker and won $2.5k from sports betting. When you're continuously losing, you do a lot of thinking - well it's more doubting yourself than thinking.

In the past I'd probably have dropped down levels but just can't bring myself to do it this time round. I look at Durr and Isildur, both on around $7 million plus down-swings which kind of cheers me up!

I've had a great year, so I should probably just shut the fuck up and try to play myself out of this hole - I have to run bad at some stage. I'm not going to play a huge amount before Morocco (going on Monday). This week I'll probably just do the 1k PLO in Celbridge and a few ECOOP events.

Was supposed to go to Madrid today but couldn't face more pain. I got a new carpet put into the house and putting an Ikea couch together at my moment; I suppose it's something to do besides poker.

Backed City v Arsenal tonight. Don't know too much but it's cheaper for me to have a random €2k sports bet than play poker and seem to be running good at them!

Good spoot. Got a bit of Evs just after the kick off.

It all depende on bankroll. If a defeat is affecting your future judgements you should get into a position where you would think rationally. If this means dropping levels I think it is a good idea.

just take december off and go on the rip for a month.
