Ya can't say fuck in Canada!

The highlight of the weekend was back in the gaff with a few beers and some Canadian bird one of the lads was doing a job on. We'd met up with these Ozzy lads who a couple of my mates work with. They are funny fuckers and we were discussing how boring a lot of the Canadians are. One of them mentioned this Ozzy singer with a song 'Ya can't say fuck in Canada'. He'd applied for a visa to tour Canada and they gave him one as long as he wouldn't say 'fuck' in his songs. Anyway, turns out the song is pretty up-beat and funny but when someone mentioned that song at 4am, the renditions we came up with were more of a football hooligan style. The bird wasn't amused and my mate wisely ushered her to the bedroom ASAP.

As for the poker, played some but my connections really bad until Thursday, when it's getting sorted. Just back from a live session actually, they have a 5 PLO game which plays pretty deep. I'm not the biggest fan of live cash in general and tonight was no accepting. I ran pretty horribly ended up loosing for the session. It always feels a lot worse losing live, so I don't know, probably won't be rushing back.

As for online, I put in a pretty sick session on Monday I think. Was about to go to bed at 2/3 ish when a huge fish came on. Ended up staying up until bout 10am. Still potting away when the lads were leaving for work, then didn't get up until they were home. But you got to make hay when sun shines. The sick part of it was that the big pot I won was against Reesy, think it was a coin flip or something...

Ok I binged a gutter vs. his top set, which was v ill. Wasn't much I could do really, just one of those hands. Rees kindly reminded me of how good I'm running with "remember when you lost that flip last month", to which I replied "vividly".

Also fair-play to Johnny who scooped a PCA package on Sunday, I'm sooooo due in them and will probably donate another couple k to the sattys. Think I'm going to go anyways; they have loads of side events including some vn PLO tourneys.

There's talk of a good few of the lads going over and renting a villa which would be sweet. Also there's some WPT on in Biloxi and something on in Tunica too, although obv. wouldn't be as pushed to go to them as the Caribbean! Just booked NYC for Christmas to see my brother and family, then onto VEGAS for New Year's with my mates from there. So roll on the holidays...
