Back for day four of the WPT and still a long way away from the cash. 18 get paid and there are 35 left. I am sitting on
308,500 chips with the blinds at 4k/8k and 1k ante.
I've really loved playing this event so far. I played with so many good players and been really happy with how I have acquitted myself so far.
Got up to
550k at one point today thanks to 3-betting Phil Hellmuth with air pre and c-betting big on the flop. He turns over his hand and goes, "Ok I'll fold the best hand to you". Then goes on a big rant about how he called pre flop to trap me and then let me go.
Phil threw several tantrums as he was repeatedly 3-bet pre flop, and on the flop, by the rest of the table. He told us how he was going to send us all broke and was just waiting to catch us.
We all filled him on how he was over the hill and how the game had passed him by, which steamed him even more. After being reduced from
600k to
300k without seeing a turn card he got it in drawing to two outs on the turn and boom hit it. Fair play to him, he waited all day and got it as a 20/1 shot.
The $50k bubble is rapidly approaching and I need to run good ASAP.
Adam Fallon aka "the kid" is at the ft of a $500 Venetian tournament - so gl to him.

Congrats on the cash John!! Phenomenal result. You are freerolling now.
