So after a few days break I woke at about 5am on Thursday morning and played a few super turbo heads up games, which I had a good start in winning four in a row. Although I lost a few $20 STTs in a row, which brought me back near where I started. I then took on a few MTTs and I was 3 of the money in a $10 2k Gtd whilst going deep in the $2 re-buy with $1500 gtd there. I was very disappointed with the first one, as I was the chip leader at one stage with 60 left, but I tried a 2 barrel with a flush draw and a guy called me down wit AK high. Then I lost a race and I was gone :( I was still 8 off the money in the re-buy, but I really wanted to go deep in one of these so this was my last chance!
The bubble period of the re-buy lasted a long time and I took full advantage of that, making small raises to steal the blinds, which moved me into top ten in the chip leader board. With one to go before the money, another biggish stack limps EP and I raised wit 99 and he flats, flop come T9rag and he check called 2/3rd pot, J on the turn and he shoved. I snap with the set and he has KJ and I dodged the gutshot to go into 2nd place and he went from being comfortable to being the bubble :) The target was now the top prize of $460.
I got to the final table and I raised a3cc in late position and a shorty jams KQ, getting about 9-1 I snap call, Ace on the flop K turn and Q river, this happened just as I bubbled 2 STTs, which put my head a bit crazy - so I decided when this is over, I was going to take a break regardless off the outcome. I got a nice double up with AQ v A9hh and managed to get down to the last three, but when I got there I could do nothing right and couldn't get a hand. I ended up 3rd for $171, which I suppose for a $2 re-buy is a pretty good return and after my bad STT morning it brings me back to $650 dollars.
I came back from my break and went on a bit of a heater winning 3 STTs in a row for $82 each, not bad :) I also played a few cash games and got a couple of BIs as well. I played a few multi's, as well this my roll was starting to look pretty healthy. I managed to go deep in a $5 F/o wit 560 runners and when left to the money I got AA v KK all in pre and a King high flop meant I was gone. This was so annoying as that would have left me top 3 in chips, as it was a big pot at the time. I finished the night with $930 after cashing small in another MTT.
I broke the 1k mark at 3.20 on Friday with a win in a 20 STT, at the same time going deep in a $20 5k gtd, where the top prize was $1350. I was hoping it would have my name on it, as we approached the money. Again I used the bubble period to my advantage adding nearly 30% to my stack, by picking up blinds and antes at every possible opening and moving up into 4th place as we burst the bubble with 30 players left. It wasn't to be, as I bust out in 16th place for $50 :( getting close to a big result. I couldn't get a hand to hold, once I made the money. Of course there's plenty more of these games to play and hopefully win.

I played the $100 Boylepoker Freeroll later that evening, eventually taking it down for a nice $82. With 216 players involved, winning this was a very well timed result as it represents a decent percentage of my roll at the minute. I played this on Sunday, but only managed 12th out of 250, with no cash. My account is now just less than 1k as a few bad runs in the STTs has cost me a lot, considering I was up to $1200 a few days ago. But I still think getting to $1k mark at this early stage gives me the best chance of making the final target.

I play maybe 6 hour - 10 hours a day when i do play but this week i have not been playing too much as i have travelled to a few live events. I would only stay at the same cash table if u think you have an edge over the other players. If you are gettin tired then that is another reason to quit. However if i was at the same table for hours but there was still value then i dont see any reson to leave, No shame in leaving if u think the players are too tough
